How can I register a new account in EgyptGameStore?

Do I have to register an account to be able to make an order?

You don’t have to make an account in to make an order in our website; however, we advise you to register an account in order to get all the offers and services that we exclusively offer to our members.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

We offer two methods of shipping for in stock items ; Instant shipping, which is delivered online to your email address in 60 minutes maximum  (usually 5 minutes) unless there is a problem or extra verification for your payment method; and Domestic shipping to your home address which usually takes 48 hours except for upper Egypt governorates, Matrouh and Red Sea and border governorates.

How can I manage my order?

You can follow your order updates through your orders page in your account tab, there you can track your order by clicking on the tracking number or by calling Aramex hotline 16996 to get the latest update and know the exact delivery date or to update your delivery address or phone.

Is there a warranty for the products?

There is a 1 year warranty for consoles and 30 days insurance for laptops, virtual reality headsets, computer hardware products against factory defects not including battery, there is no warranty for accessories, video games, vouchers and codes but we guarantee that your product will be delivered in original factory condition and factory sealed.

Can I return a product after delivery?

You can return any product by clicking on RETURN button in your orders page OR you can call us directly and we will send our courier to collect the shipment in 24 hours, returns are only accepted in 14 days after purchase and the product must be in the same condition, open CDs and Game codes or vouchers cannot be returned.

Do I lose any money in case of return?

In case you return a factory defected product, we send you our courier in 24 business hours to collect the shipment, check the defect and then send you a new factory sealed product in 3 business days, but in case of returning a non-defected product, shipping fees and some administration fees may be deducted according to your payment method.

Is it possible to cancel my order after paying it online by credit or debit card?

Yes, you can cancel the order in 24 hours and the whole payment will be refunded to your card in 3-5 business days.

Is there an installment service?

Yes, you can pay using National Bank of Egypt credit cards to use this service, after payment you must call NBE customer service 19623 and ask them to use the installment service.
The interest rate is estimated according to installment period, and you can know your installment value by adding the product in your shopping cart and proceed with the checkout steps, in the final step you must choose paying by installment and you will get a table showing you the value of monthly installment for each installment period.

Can I pre order a product before its release date?

You can pre order any product before its release date after it is listed in our website, EgyptGameStore always exclusively offers the best price for pre orders for its members and new releases are usually shipped on release date.

Does EgyptGameStore sell pre owned games or products?

No, all our products are new original factory sealed products.

Does EgyptGameStore offer Trade in for video games?

This service is not available now and we will announce once it is available

What are the available payment methods?

You can pay using credit or debit cards, cash on delivery, Aman, Masary, bank deposit or transfer.

We accept any credit or debit card having the logo of VISA or MASTERCARD

What are the payment currency that will be deducted from my card?

All credit or debit card payments are in Egyptian Pound and will not reduce your monthly foreign currency card limit.

Is there any extra fees deducted from my card?

No

Could EgyptGameStore deduct any payments from my card in the future?

EgyptGameStore will not have access to your card information during any step of payment or after the payment.

How can I guarantee the safety of my personal and card data while using them in the website?

You will put your card data once only during the checkout process in a page owned and fully secured by National bank of Egypt and Mastercard company and EgyptGameStore Website will not ask you to enter your card data in any page related to EgyptGameStore.com domain although it is fully secured as well to protect all clients data by SSL Encryption.

Do you support Cash On Delivery?

Yes, it is our first and most important payment method

Do you support Cash on Delivery by Credit or Debit Card?

This method is available only in Cairo and you can choose it during checkout process and we will send you our courier with the POS machine.

What happens if I received a defected Product?

You should contact us immediately and keep all the product and its components in their original state and we will send you our courier in the next business day to collect the defected console and the receipt then we will check it and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

What is the online installment service that is offered by National Bank of Egypt?

It is a service that allows the customers of NBE who carry NBE issued credit cards to pay all their NBE gated electronic payments using monthly installments for periods that start from 6 months to 36 months when you shop from the companies and agencies that affiliates with NBE.

How can I get NBE installment service?

The customer should buy product/ service from the NBE-affiliated company or agency, the customer is offered to pay either the whole service/ product price or on installments without interests during the first 6 months for NBE credit card carriers and according to the agreement between NBE and the company and when the customer chooses to pay using installment service, the first installment will be debited on 26th day of the month following the month of payment and thus the payment of the price of product / service on monthly installment basis according to the period that the customer chose during the checkout and the installment fees will be debited from the company according to the installment period.

What are the advantages of this service?

The customer can enjoy the 6 months installment period without any interest rate.
The customer will not be asked to pay the full price before the allowance period ends, but he will pay monthly installments according to the chosen installment period and the installment amount will be debited on 26th day of the month next to the month of checkout.
The ability to pay back only 5% of the total amount that should be paid back during the last allowance period including the installment amount with addition of interest rate that is applied to NBE credit cards on the installment amount plus the total card payments for the last allowance period and not the whole price of the product paid using installment service.

How can I know the websites that affiliate with NBE electronic payment service?

You can check all the websites that have contracts with National Bank of Egypt electronic payments through NBE official website www.nbe.com.eg and then click on AL Ahly E-Shopping service to know all the details of this service.
